MS grants for education and prescription assistance in Wisconsin?

I am a 25 year old male and have recently been diagnosed with MS. I would like to go back to college full time on loans and/or grants, but I am mostly concerned with staying on my medication (Rebif) without health insurance. What are my options in Wisconsin for both grants to assist with school and living costs, and to help pay for my very expensive medication? I have never been without health insurance before, but would like to quit working and be a student full time.
