My sister (age 35) had the exact same thing and in fact, she was bleeding so much they thought she couldn't get pregnant. Well, that's been proven wrong and she's now enjoying every moment of morning sickness, simply because it proves that we're not all biologically perfect and/or predictable! Of course you might want to run this all past your doctor anyway, and check that the pain on your ovary isn't a cyst. The vast, vast majority of cysts are harmless will simply go away on their own (they dissolve into the menses) but they can be annoying and interfere with TTC. Sounds like you're simply feeling ovulation and probably never felt it before simply because you weren't aware of when ovulation was happening. Now you're TTC it has simply come into more focus! And finally, it really does simply take time to get pregnant. I've been TTC for 18 cycles and there's no medical reason they can find for me not getting pregnant. When you're over 30 they tend to suggest taking more time, but stress can be a factor, so try and relax (easier said than done) and enjoy the excuse to drag DH into bed :) Good luck! The only advice i can give you is to wait..i am sure you're time will come soon. My partner is 31 with a very good sperm count. We have been trying for a year and a half, and more than 20 cycles. I know it is very frustrating but you just have to keep trying. I'm sorry I can't advise you on your meds/chemo but you seem to have a good doctor for help with these issues. I don't know what the brown discharge could be, other than ovulation spotting. It could be that you just never noticed it before you started trying. I know I noticed a LOT of things happening to my body that I hadn't noticed before.
