Looking for the best specialist who can give a proper diagnosis on Multiple Sclerosis?

I have been dealing with a monkey on my back since 2005, that scary monkey was the thought I might have MS, neurologist after neurologist was never clear some never got back to me, No one did a comparison on my mri scans, all they say is that they see some white dots, and when they hear my symptoms they assume right away, I do not have all the symptoms of MS, the few i have can be associated with the bulges in my spine and my back being out of whack, when i went to the chiropractor i did feel better for about a year, but i let stress over take my life and my whole being seems to be down, I need to know where the best doctor, or herbalist or homeopathic solution is, i have bad luck picking doctors, and if anyone can help point me in he right direction for a correct diagnosis, I would consider them an angel and be soooo grateful. I need help, 10years of medical problems and 10years of research i’m at my end, and have no idea where the right answers and people are, someone PLEASE HELP

Lyme disease is often misdiagnosed as MS, or "atypical MS." So that may be something to look into. And Lyme disease often causes white spots on the brain MRI.

Once you are diagnosed by an LLMD (Lyme literate medical doctor) (most of them use IgeneX laboratory http://www.igenex.com (although Lyme can’t be ruled out by a negative lab result) there are alternatives to long term antibiotics. Here’s a good book to learn of the different treatment options, many of which you can do on your own, without a doctor. http://www.amazon.com/Top-Lyme-Disease-Treatments-Conventional/dp/0976379716/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1251955704&sr=8-2

The CDC’s and IDSA’s short term antibiotic treatment DOES NOT WORK for chronic Lyme.

Until you have done tons of research and are ABSOLUTELY sure you don’t have Lyme, do NOT take any steroid medication, or get injected with any steroid medication. Steroids make Lyme much, much worse. Unfortunately, steroids are a common treatment for MS, so this happens to a lot of people.

Have you had a neurologist order a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) on you? I had MS symptoms (optic neuritis, fatigue, memory issues) but my MRI lesions were small. We did the spinal tap and that was how mine confirmed my diagnosis. He checked my spinal fluid and same there was defiantly and autoimmune disease, and check me for others like Lupus and limes disease. Once everything else was ruled out, we knew the only thing left was MS.
