Aspartame is finding use in many products in the USA, because it is listed as GRAS (generally accepted as safe). That means it can be used in virtually anything, because it poses no known hazard at the dosages involved.

Lastly, not only is there no association between MS and aspartame in the scientific literature, but organizations supporting MS patients and research have denied any connection either. So were you paid you to write these lies?

Aspartame, because it’s been the target of this online smear campaign for years, is one of the most researched food products in the marketplace, and there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support these anecdotal horror stories about unidentifiable "Uncle Johns" dropping dead from Aspartame poisoning.

Believe me, if 2.5 million people were dying every year, you would hear a LOT more about it in the media. Phenylketonuria, or PKU, is a very rare genetic disorder where you cannot process aspartame correctly. They now do blood tests on newborns to see if they have PKU. Also, PKU is related to phenylalanine, a naturally occuring substance. Not only do they have to avoid aspartame, but also many other foods that are otherwise healthy, because they have the amino acid phenylalanine. Phenylalanine is NOT formadehyde.

Again, if 2.5 million people die every year, you would hear about it. The FDA pulls drugs off the market if they kill a few people, no matter how much money the pharmaceutical company has.

That article is so full of lies, I don’t know if there is anything true. Here is an example: "At cold temperatures, methanol will spontaneously give rise to a colorless toxin known as formaldehyde"

I work with methanol at my job, and I can tell you it does not spontaneously make formaldehyde. Hypothetically, there is some catalyst out there that facilitates MeOH->Formaldehyde, but cold temperatures make reactions slower, not faster. And if soft drinks really had methanol in them, everyone would go blind and die after their first drink.

My sugestion do anything but go it in moderation this way you can have a trap door to open. some risk is warranted in life as long as there is room to escape when required

I also think that sucralose should be banned. My doctor said that sucralose is a neuro toxin. I believe him because of the severe reactions I also have with this product.
