While heat can make MS symptoms worse, it really doesn't sound like MS. First of all, while childhood MS is possible, it's very rare. So the fact that you had the condition since you were 7 generally contraindicates MS.

Your symptoms really point to some other possibilities besides MS, including, but not limited to, heat stress, or low blood pressure. I say low blood pressure because when you stand up and get dizzy, this is a symptom called orthostatic hypotension. Low blood pressure can cause symptoms like lightheadednees, dizziness, and fainting.

There is a positive correlation between heat and low blood pressure. As your body temperature increases, your capillaries will open, increasing blood flow away from your core to your extremeties, so that the blood can be cooled. For someone with low blood pressure, increasing blood flow to the extremeties will cause blood to pool in the leg veins and can again cause the symptoms of low blood pressure.

It's high time you see your doctor about this. Make sure you tell him/her everything you have experienced and when you experience it. MS is not off the table, but I doubt it.

I would see your regular doctor and maybe consult with a neurologist.
MS doesn't, generally involve stomach pain, as you described.

It does not sound like MS but then the symptoms are different for everyone, I have MS and the heat does make me feel worse, I become very tired and lethargic, even a hot shower can wear me down, I have been diagnosed with secondary progressive MS and my symptoms change all the time, most of the things I noticed initially were, vertigo, fatigue and visual problems, as well as loss of movement on one side or the other, MS is tricky to pin point, have you seen a neurologist? if so have you had a MRI?
