Since you’ve already seen "100 doctors" you probably don’t want to hear from another one.

So, I’l just sit back and see what AM has to offer you.

Find a teaching hospital and go there. Honestly, there is no better place to find attentive doctors who will work tirelessly to diagnose your condition. Students have something to prove, and teachers have the experience to guide them.

    Rachel -

I find it terribly difficult to believe that you have seen over 100 doctors in just two years – that would be an average of one doctor a week for two solid years! While I am skeptical of mainstream drugs which mostly address symptoms in unnatural ways without addressing root causes or effecting permanent cures, I have great respect for doctors when it comes to diagnoses (as I do when it comes to repairing injury and trauma) and they are the best in the world at doing that. They don’t always get it right, but you are saying that over 100 doctors failed to diagnose any problems and that most did not even perform any diagnostic tests? Very hard to believe. If that is truly the case you might be well served by the suggestion to go to a teaching college and at least get a thorough diagnoses. Just beware the prescription drugs they may want to prescribe!

OK, giving you the benefit of doubt I would say that first of all you might want to strongly consider added magnesium. Fully 90-95% of us are deficient in magnesium and immune disorders such as MS have been linked to magnesium deficiency. Be sure to supplement (or otherwise consume) two to three times as much calcium as magnesium, as they are important co-factors for one another. Dairy is not really a good source of calcium, especially given the growth hormones and antibiotics and such in non-organic milk.

Besides being a vital mineral for overall health, magnesium may be especially useful for immune disorders because it is a powerful immune modulator. Some other good natural immune modulators are:

    Blackseed oil (Nigella sativa)
Curcumin (get a highly bioavailable form such as the Super Bio-Curcumin)
Oleander extract in herbal supplement form such as Sutherlandia OPC or Rose Laurel OPC

All three are wonderful immune boosters and modulators with great healing properties and all three have been reported to help with MS.

It should go without saying that you will be best served by building a good foundation for health with a health diet that is mostly raw, mostly vegan and that you make sure you get adequate sunshine (or else supplement with Vitamin D3), plenty of omega 3s and iodine (most of us are deficient in optimum amounts of that too) and try to get in some physical activity (I realize that may be difficult, but do what you can) and try to eliminate stress as much as possible. Check out Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for help with the elimination of stress.

You may want to seriously consider a good whole foods sourced all around nutritional product. I use IntraMax myself – it contains a total of 415 vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, phyto nutritents and other nutritional items and is the best overall supplement I know of (more people have told me they have felt a noticeable difference in how they feel than with any other supplement). Another good whole foods mutlti-vitamin product is the one marketed by Dr. Mercola. And it might also be a good idea to take a look at one of the supergreen foods powder products. I really like the Dr. Schulze formula myself, and have a friend who custom makes it for me.

Also, I recommend you get a copy of the bestselling "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" by certified nutritional consultant and author Phyllis A. Balch. It has a wealth of information about diet, nutrition, supplements and more for multiple sclerosis. It is one of my favorite and most trusted source books.

Whether or not you have multiple sclerosis, the above suggestions should help you build a healthier foundation for wellness and hopefully help correct the problems you are having.

    All the best!

And out of that 100 you haven’t seen a neurologist, or had an MRI?

    That seems a little implausible….
