Could this be Multiple Sclerosis?

For several years now I have been getting strange feelings in my legs arms and shoulders. It all started with a "warm" feeling in my right foot and calf. It will get back for a couple of days or weeks and then get better. It’s very sporadic.

Other symptoms include:
panic attacks
foggy head
dizziness
weird vision/spots
feeling very tired
acid reflux
muscle twitches

I have been to the doctor many times and they can’t seem to figure it out or just tell me it’s anxiety. I know I have anxiety but I think it might be caused by something else, like MS or another ailment. What should I do? I am so tired of living like this.

I have MS and I’ve had all of those symptoms, except for the acid reflux. Have they done an MRI or a spinal tap?
I know that some people take years to get dxd. Has your GP referred you to a neurologist? Maybe one that also specializes in MS…
The one thing that I have learned is that you are your own best advocate.
