Can I be released from taking polygraph tests since I have just been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis?

For the past couple of years I have been required to take polygraph tests. Recently I was dianosed with Multiple Sclerosis which severely damages my Central Nervous System. I have lots of muscle spasms & other symptoms that would make it virtually impossible to get proper results on the test. Do you think my doctor & a lawyer could work this out for me. Also, the cost of having to take a polygraph test is very expensive, & I absolutely do not want to pay for something that I know would not come out correctly. Please help me w/ any & all advice or personal experiences. Thank you all & God bless you. Sincerely John……

well john first of all you need to talk to the polygraph people and let them know, they may want you to go to a particular doctor for a statement like this. This particular doctor may want to see the MRI's etc that were done to diagnose you, then they may be able to help you find an appropriate lawyer if needed, good luck

You may be required to submit to GPS monitoring as an alternative to court ordered testing, providing you have proof of diagnosis.

Depending on your circumstances and location you may have to bear the costs of the monitoring.

If your involuntary movements cannot be controlled you are probably not suitable for polygraph testing.

Your first contact should be the person in charge of your maintenance and monitoring program.
