Can Bell’s Palsy be a preliminary symptom to Multiple?
Sclerosis? A lady told me that’s how her friend’s MS started.

I suppose the MS could cause Neurological damage which may mimic Bell’s Palsy, but it sounds like they are two different diseases. So her friend most likely had MS and the first symptom/attack created some neurological damage that looks like Bell’s Palsy.
